Know What you Make


Gross Monthly Income Including

  • Wages

  • Social security

  • Business Profits

  • Retirement

  • Dividends

  • Child Support

  • Alimony

  • Food Stamps

  • TANF

  • And ANY other Income!


Know What You Own


ALL Property Including:

  • Land

  • Vehicles

  • RV's

  • Boats

  • Checking and Savings Accounts

  • Cash

  • Retirement accounts

  • Stocks

  • Bonds

  • Debts owed to you

  • Lawsuits you might file

  • Claims you have against others

  • Inheritances

  • Life insurance you own

  • Life insurance you are due

  • Clothing

  • Animals (including pets)

  • Everything else!


Know What you Owe


ALL your Debts, including:

  • Secured Debts - Debts with collateral - Cars, houses, jewelry, misc.

  • Unsecured Debts - medical bills, credit cards, personal loans.

  • Priority Debts - Child Support and recent taxes.

  • Executory contracts - Leases and Rent to Owns

  • ALL Debts must be listed!


Know Your History


ALL of your financial history for the past few years, including

  • Previous addresses for 3 years

  • Historical income for 3 years

  • Financial dealings with relatives

  • Lawsuits against you

  • Recent garnishments

  • Recent repossessions and foreclosures

  • Recent large payments to your creditors.

  • Gifts or sales of property, including cash, land, and vehicles.
